Awful awful service. If you want to buy a car from Bill Hood Ford, DO NOT USE DAROLYN OR LENNY!! Tried to buy my son a car for Christmas and could not get either of them to call me back after multiple calls, texts, and emails to get a quote on shipping and finalize the sale of a 2010 Camaro. Leonard was supposed to be working on and when I talked with him he said "I will call you back in 2 minutes". I had to call him back 3 hours later and Darolyn said "he is with a customer" and said he would call me back that day. Of course he didn't. This went on for 3 days and when I finally got ahold of him the next morning on Christmas Eve, he informs me that they sold the car that night. All in all I spent 3 days, 12 calls, 6 text messages, and 3 emails for nothing! It is absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had (and that is saying a lot!). DO NOT USE LENNY OR DAROLYN AT BILL HOOD FORD UNLESS YOU JUST WANT THE RUN AROUND!
